We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed the day being spoilt by your hospitality. The day was meant as a surprise for everyone and to celebrate my son and his fiancee's joint birthdays in style. We started off with a pleasant drive admiring the beautiful Italian countryside. When we got close to the meeting point, out satellite navigation system let us down slightly but with your prompt help in escorting us which was much appreciated, we were back on track. TRUFFLE HUNTING AND GASTRONOMIC DAYS IN LE MARCHE

"We had the most amazing day, meeting the hunters in lovely bar belli in Amandola and then driving to nearby woodland with a small trained spaniel- an extensive truffle hunt uncovered two large black truffles and a smaller one that the dog devoured! April is not the best time for this activity and the hunters expect larger yields in summer and then late autumn when the rarer, headier white truffle abounds. After the hunt we returned to an agriturismo where we sampled home made salamis, home made oven cooked Olive Ascolana...."

COOKING CLASS IN LE MARCHE

Hello Moreno, It`s quite a while ago, since we where in Italy, but I want to thank you again for the great wine tour (we still enjoying the delicious wine from Paolo we bought, so we can think about the great time we had in Italy) and the pleasant coockery course with Ricardo and you ! I've never taste such a smoothy pasta !! Great it was. My family in law also enjoyed it !!

TRUFFLES HUNTING

Dear Moreno, we have returned home and we had a wonderful time in Italia.  I loved the truffle hunt and the cooking class.  I have one more suggestion for the cooking class.  It would be very nice if you provided a recipe.  I am going to try to make the crepes with strawberry sauce.  I would love to have photos.  I am going to send you the ones that I took if I can figure out how to do it. regards, Carmen
