


The Marche territory, so rich in food and wine products, is the natural location for a cookery course which values the uniqueness of the products. The course will be led by local chef, and you are will be immersed in a world of typically Italian flavours, specific to the area. The course aims to show clear and simple regional cooking techniques and lasts around 4 to 5 hours. The goal is to teach the techniques and to demostrate the preparation of typical Italian recipies to participants. The course allows to discover the genuine old flavours of the Marche Region, and get to really know the old flavours & typical aromas of the Marchigiani area. Before the course accompany to the staff of the villas will go in the local farm or little shop aroud the villa where to take personally the product need for the course such as: tomatos, carot, etc, thanks this activity we can taste the true rural life.. we should spend the time whit the local farmer…
