5 day photography course in the Sibillini mountains.
Would you like the opportunity to improve your photographic skills in the company of a professional photographer in Italy’s Le Marche region? Explore the stunningly picturesque scenery of the Sibillini Mountain National whilst taking many memorable photographs.

This short break is designed to introduce those with an interest in photography, of whatever level, to the beautiful landscapes of our National Park, whilst having first class advice available from professional photographer, Giorgio Tassi.

Description

This photography course will also enable you to learn about the fantastic nature of the area and what the National Park has to offer. Excursions will take you to the famous high plains of Castelluccio, the breathtaking Mount Sibilla, shrouded in mystery and legend, and the Gola Infernaccio, or Hell’s Gorge, which leads through ancient beech woodland to a little church hidden high up in the mountains.

You can choose to arrive on a Saturday to begin your photography course and depart the following Wednesday, or, if you wish, extend your stay until the following Saturday and enjoy a few days of relaxing and doing your own thing.

Programme Includes:

5 days and 4 nights self catering accommodation, or one week by arrangement
Classes and instructions from professional photographer Giorgio Tassi
Excursions to the National Park for photography sessions
Visits to other places of interest, locations dependent on weather
A viewing and discussion of photographs taken during the course

The region of Le Marche is the perfect holiday destination for the discerning visitor. It is one of Italy’s last remaining secrets, an area whose rich cultural and artistic heritage deserves much more attention than it gets. Here, as Moreno will tell you, the pace of life still follows the tempo of the land and its seasons. The inhabitants’ maintain thier love and respect of a traditional way of life and their desire to preserve ancient crafts and gastronomic traditions makes Le Marche a truly unique place to visit.

The timing of the breaks in May, June, September and October has been designed to take advantage of seasonal opportunities, for example, the explosion of colour in Spring, the famous lentil crops at Castelluccio in Summer, the observation of migrant birds and the spectacular colours of Autumn.

If you are already here or have booked a holiday we can arrange for you to participate in this wonderful photography and nature break without having to change your accommodation.
