Borgo Fiorito is a small village: the oldest part probably dates from 1200, where several farming families lived and worked. Through the ages different parts of the house were built and a chapel was completed in 1807. Borgo Fiorito is situated on the last ridge of the Apennine Mountains with a magnificent view on Monte Catria, Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone and Monte Acuto.
There are eight apartments of different square surfaces. Here you can “feel” the old atmosphere thanks to the owners who reused all materials for the restoration.
Each apartment has a kitchen and a spacious private terrace near the entrance and almost every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Borgo Fiorito also has a large swimming pool and terraces overlooking the mountains. There is also a cosy restaurant with a professional kitchen that can accommodate over 32 persons.
Capanno (2 pax)
A detached 2-bed apartment with a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with fireplace and a bathroom. Both the kitchen and the living room give entrance to the large terrace where you enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The apartment has terra cotta tiles and is tastefully decorated.
Catria (2 pax)
A small apartment with a pantry with a large freezer, a microwave and two burner cooking.
In this apartment there are many original details like a typical high tile ceiling and stone walls but also an oak wooden floor. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and also a bidet. Right in the front there is a large private terrace and through the stairs you will reach directly the pool.
Rocca Rosa (2 pax)
Rocca Rosa is a two person room/apartment with kitchenette, two burner cooking, freezer and microwave and consists of an old stone barn with original oak parts ceiling. At the entrance there is a spacious, cosy and sheltered terrace.
The apartment can be combined with 6-person apartment Petrano.
Petrano (6 pax)
Petrano has three entrances and is the largest apartment of Borgo Fiorito distributed over three floors. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is complete of a 5-burner cooking, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutting machine and dishwasher.
There is a large BBQ on the panoramic terrace.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra separate toilet. It can ideally be combined with apartments Mare, Catria or Rocca Rosa.
Nerone (4 pax)
This apartment is divided in such a way that it can be used as two double rooms as well as a 4-persons apartment. Each room have two single beds, but they can be changed into two double beds on request.The very spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms are both located next the living room and the kitchen. There are two spacious private terraces with a panoramic view on the mountains.
Mare (2 pax)
Mare is a very spacious apartment. There are a large living room with the kitchen. The area runs through a large arco to the bedroom and by extension, the half-built in the rock you will find the luxury bathroom. On warm summer days it is good to stay in this apartment with its thick stone walls and its beautiful blue sea floor tiles.
Lavanda (6 pax)
This apartment is located opposite the chapel. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, a large fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The characteristic old antique tile ceilings are preserved and the floors are finished with oak floorboards. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom.
The apartment has a spacious terrace with a view of the sunset and Monte Nerone.
Ginestra (4 pax)
This is a cosy 4-person apartment. There are a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms (one room with a double bed with a view on the Monte Nerone and one room with two single beds). The small street near the house leads to the swimming pool below.
