- A typical Italian manor house
- A stunning view over the surrounding hills and mountains of Sibillini National Park
- Villa Laura accommodates up to 14 people
Villa Laura is a typical Italian manor house, located near San Ginesio (just 45 minutes from the Adriatic Coast), one of the most beautiful small historical villages of Le Marche, surrounded by the lush vegetation and the quiet hills and mountains of Sibillini National Park.
The villa was built nearly 250 years ago, but still preserves all the historical characteristics of a typical country house of Le Marche. The thick stonewalls provide a welcoming coolness in summer and reassuring warmth in winter. This large welcoming villa is the ideal place for large group of friends or families.
In the past the ground floor was the stable for the animals, while families lived in the first and second floors. There are a spacious bright living/dining area with a traditional fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-pit hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as a little microwave oven.
You will find 6 double bedrooms with very good box spring beds (four bedrooms are en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.). The bedroom on the top floor is very large, so here it is also possible to add other mattresses.
Downstairs there are also a washing machine and a dryer.
In the perfectly maintained garden there is a swimming pool, where you can cool off in the sunny summer days, sunbathe or enjoy the view.
